Garri Processing Machine
The processing of cassava into Garri is divided into six steps: cleaning and washing, peeling, grinding, fermentation, dehydration,frying. Seven machines are indispensable to the processing of Garri in these six steps. These seven Garri processing machines are dry sieve, paddle washing machine, cassava peeling machine, cassava grating machine, hydraulic press, Garri frying machine, vibration sieve.
Step one: cleaning and washing
The cleaning of raw materials is the first and important step in the Garri production process. The more thoroughly the raw materials are cleaned, the cleaner the raw materials are, the purer the Garri produced, and the better finished Garri taste. Therefore, There are two kinds of cleaning machines in the Garri processing machine.
Dry sieve: dry sieve is the first step in cleaning cassava. There is no need for water in this cleaning process. The dry sieve is designed with multiple internal helical structures to push the cassava forward, which can effectively remove the soil, sand and small rocks on the surface of cassava.
Paddle washing machine: paddle washing machine is the second step in cleaning cassava. It adopts countercurrent washing principle. By the effect of paddle rotating, raw material flows in the converse direction against water current, which makes washing completely and eliminate sand and mud effectively.
Step two: peeling
Peeling machine: You can know what’s this machine’s function by its name. The function of the peeling machine is to remove the cassava peel. This peeling machine adopts all stainless steel structure design, the peeling is clean and thorough, the peeling rate is up to 95%. Step three: grinding
Grating machine: The grating machine is an equipment integrating crushing, grinding and slurry and slag separation. High separation of slurry and slag, up to more than 98%.
Step four: fermentation
Fermentation: Garri processing machines are not required during fermentation. Just put the grinding cassava pulp in a bag and place them for two or three days.
Step five: dehydration

Step six: frying
